Alex Sharp is a Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW). He received a Bachelors degree from Friends University in 2015. He furthered his education and earned a Masters of Social Work degree from Washburn University in 2022.
Alex is a generalist practitioner, meaning he can provide services for many kinds of mental health treatment, though he is most passionate about working with couples and offering them a heart of compassion and understanding. He has had specialized training in couples counseling as well as training in increasing capacities of confidence and competence in child-rearing.
Alex also enjoys working one-on-one with adult clients who experience anxiety and depression. He loves helping people find answers to questions they ask themselves.
Alex was brought to Christ First through the Washburn University intern program. He fell in love with the missional mindset of CFCC and decided to stay as one of our clinicians.
