Therapist Introduction:

Being a Christian, to me, is not just a label; it is a relationship that is vibrant, alive, and evolving. I am also a Social Worker which brings a blend of evidenced based approaches to the therapy session as well as the option of looking at things from a faith based perspective. My approach varies depending on the client’s needs, preferences and circumstances. Sometimes, we have to try and make sense of things in the past that are showing up in our present. Sometimes, we need to understand and change our self-talk to weed out the negative and find positive replacement thoughts. Overall, I long to help people move out of “stuck” places and move forward with their lives to be the best “you” possible.
