Debra Cole joined CFCC in December 2025 and serves as the Assistant to the Office Manager. In her role, she enjoys supporting the daily operations of the office and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Debra truly appreciates the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at CFCC and values how team members are always willing to help and support one another.
What Debra loves most about CFCC is the shared commitment to putting God at the center of everything they do. She believes that when God is the foundation of the work, He is able to work through each person to serve others with purpose, compassion, and excellence.
