Administrative Staff

Kathy Baron

Introduction

I joined CFCC in August 2024 as a support staff member, and I am deeply committed to being a welcoming presence for those seeking help with their mental health. My role is to be a friendly face and a reassuring link in the process of providing care, especially for those who may feel apprehensive upon their arrival.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my position is witnessing the profound impact that compassionate support can have. I have observed firsthand how therapists interact with clients carrying heavy burdens, providing calm and comfort. Additionally, the camaraderie among the staff contributes to a positive and gracious work environment, making it a pleasure to be part of the CFCC team.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So, we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
— 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
